1. Starting Point - Institute of Technology at Syracuse Central – 258 East Adams St.
a. Start out going east on E Adams St toward Montgomery St.
b. Turn right onto S State St/US-11 S.
c. 900 S STATE ST is on the right.

2. Fire House #1—900 South State St.
a. Start out going north on S State St/US-11 N toward E Adams St.
b. Turn right onto E Adams St.

3. SUNY Upstate Hospital—750 East Adams St.
a. Start out going east on E Adams St toward Elizabeth Blackwell St.
b. Turn right onto Irving Ave.

4. Crouse Hospital—725 Irving Ave.
a. Start out going south on Irving Ave.
b. 800 Irving Ave is on the right.

5. VA MEDICAL Center – 800 Irving Ave.
a. Turn right onto Van Buren St.
b. Turn left onto Renwick Ave.
c. Renwick Ave becomes Martin Luther King.
